Welcome to Buena Vista 1! A new construction, luxury beachfront condo that boasts stunning panoramic views of the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The wrap around, floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors allow access to your private, 30 foot wide balcony. You will never tire of watching the waves roll in or your front row seats to the spectacular sunset show each evening from the comfort of your condo.

The gorgeous custom kitchen, inspired by the sea, is fully stocked and anchored by a large center island that is perfect for cooking and gathering with friends and family. It has table seating for 10 and countertop seating for 4. The spacious kitchen is open to the living room and is complete with plenty of comfortable seating, 2 sofas (one of which is a king size sleeper sofa), and a 70 inch smart TV. Memories will be made here whether over meals, conversations, or games. You have the space to do it all!

Vacation is a great time for rest. Each of the 4 professionally decorated bedrooms has a king size bed with premium hotel quality linens, serviced by a professional linen program, and upgraded mattresses. Additionally, a king size sleeper sofa is in the living room to ensure all will sleep comfortably. Each bedroom is complete with a smart TV and ceiling fan.

Luxurious, spa-like bathrooms are found throughout the condo. Two bedrooms have en-suite baths with walk in showers, and a double vanity. Two bedrooms share a bath, in a private hallway, with a walk-in shower and a double vanity. There is also a half bath near the kitchen area for shared use.

Premium bath towels are found in each bath along with travel size amenities, such as shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and soaps. Beach towels are also provided. A full size washer and dryer are available for your use in the laundry room.

Your extra-large, private, covered, balcony is easily accessed through the sliding doors. It gives you additional outdoor living space with comfortable lounge furniture, including table seating for 8. Enjoy your coffee or donut from the local donut shop, The Donut Experiment, while watching coastal birds feed in the morning. Read a book outside while the sounds of the ocean play for you. Or dine al fresco in the evening while watching the sunset. Don't be surprised if a dolphin swims by too!

Fun will be had in the common area! The luxurious, beachside, heated pool is the highlight of the area and includes a hot tub and waterfall feature. A covered, custom outdoor kitchen with 2 gas grills, 2 under counter refrigerators, and plenty of counter space is poolside. Ample lounge and table seating is available. The area is topped off with ping pong, corn hole, wifi, and a 70 inch smart TV so no one misses a game! This spacious area is shared with 3 other condo units.

Let's not forget the beach! Simply step off your pool deck through your private gate and you are on the world renown, sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico! Walk 60 seconds and have your toes in the water! You can set up for the day and still be close enough to quickly return to replenish snacks or go to the restroom. A shower and foot shower are poolside for your convenience when returning from the beach as well.

Do not worry about packing your own beach gear. The owners share access to their utility closet. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, a gear cart, and beach toys available for your use. You can also store any items you may bring from home or purchase in this area as well.

You will have plenty of parking! Buena Vista comes with access to 3 parking spots. Two reserved parking spots (1 in the garage and 1 outside) and 1 guest spot outside. As the island is golf cart friendly, there is a 120v outlet in the garage for golf cart or electric car charging. Rent a golf cart or choose to leave all vehicles behind and use the free Island trolley to explore the island.

Buena Vista is centrally located on Anna Maria Island in the city of Holmes Beach. Restaurants, shopping, and trolley stops are nearby. For a special treat, make a reservation (before your arrival) at the highly awarded Beach Bistro which is next door!
